Mr. Prz Prz also known as DJ Hokes Pokes, was already well known prior to his DJ- career due to his friendly temper and the fact that he bounced from one important event to another throughout the Austrian party scene and there fore knew it like the back of his hand. As an emerging young artist he got his musical inspiration from stars like Paul Ritch, the Advent, Ben Sims, Carl Cox etc… Through his passion and devotion for elecontric music he was discovered at the MNLM Camera Club and started his career in 2006 under the DJ pseudonym Senor Sorren by performing in many premium events throughout Vienna, such as V-Club, Moulin Rouge, Planetarium, Camera, Opernpassage Graz, Volksgarten and others. You name it, he rocked it.
Two years later he changed his pseudonym to DJ Hokes Pokes and modified his style and as if it had meant to be, soon after that further event organisers came knocking at his door. Conclusively in a very short period of time he was supporting international DJ-acts such as Paul Ritch, Joseph Capriati, D-Nox and Beckers, Armand van Helden, Popof, Oliver Moldan and many more. Thanks to his distinctive Prz-Prz style and his know-how he quickly caught the attention of several significant event-groups eg. Heat, Boink, PlemPlem, Egoline, Club Mnml and can confirm regular bookings as a supporter for their mainacts up to today. Besides performing at numerous events he has proved his talent on FM4, Austria’s no.1 urban radio channel, more than once.
